Warranties cover manufacturing defects and hardware malfunctions but does not cover damage from accidents and/or misuse. No refund can be issued after purchase. FEBOMED determines whether the equipment requires repair or replacement.
For credit card payments, the client authorizes FEBOMED to charge the credit card on file the amount shown on the purchase order. Purchaser is responsible for all costs required to collect and/or enforce the collection of any debt related to this purchase order, including but not limited to attorney fees and costs. Customer consents to jurisdiction in Miami-Dade County, Florida. All purchase orders must be accepted by FEBOMED
